Marcus From Ramzine Reporting From Download Festival Day 2

Streams of mud are trickling throughout the arena but we’ve not seen anyone beaten by it so far; even those without their wellies still soldier on, strength drawn from the fantastic bands that are playing today. The Lounge Kittens got our hearts pumping a little harder with their sultry covers and croissant give-away; yes, their croissant technician dished the pastries to a thankful crowd. Apocalyptica impressed festival goers with their heavy and unique sound playing title track from their latest album “Shadowmaker”. Ace Frehley treated us to some classic KISS tracks, and The Struts’ frontman jumped into the audience during a fun-filled set for an intimate singalong to T-Rex’s ‘Get It On’.
