Normandie, Sun Arcana, and Led By Lanterns @ Mama Roux’s (26.03.2019)

On a fresh spring evening in Birmingham, the local venue of Mama Roux’s was welcoming guests to experience some wonderful live music. On that night three acts would take to the stage in front of a few hundred people.

The first act of the night was the local act of Led By Lanterns, who treated the crowd to a high energy set and a cover of a very popular Dua Lipa Song.

It was the turn of Sun Arcana next to fill the lovely slot between the headline act and Led By Lanterns. Sun Arcana definitely had some fans in the audience as they wasted no time singing along!

With the crowd all warmed up it was time for Normandie to invade the stage. The Swedish rockers wasted no time in kicking their set off, playing a mixture of their new material and their older classics. At the end of the night they reassured the audience that they wouldn’t be wasting their time with a faux stage exit before returning for an encore. They finished the night off with some of their heavier songs and lead singles, closing the night of with an energetic bang. Considering they were all suffering with the flu, they put on a show!
